Poem 226 : Forced To Forget

 Forced To Forget

Bitterness in the tongue,

Affecting all other flavours,

Hard to wash it away,

Spice and sweetness can take it away,

Memories of pain and trauma,

Inducing more emotional drama,

Of betrayal and false-accusation,

Never getting erased or shred apart,

Hard to dispose and regenerating,

The force to forget makes it bounce back,

The act of trying to forget,

Making it unforgettable,

Never will I forget it,

No more to forgive and forget,

But getting ingested more into the mind,

Locked forever inside with no forgiveness.
