Waves of passion in the ocean,

Vastness in space and time,

A giant growing inside the space,

Thoughts and ideas placed inside,

Dumped and packed tightly to bear,

Thinking becoming overthinking,

Optimism changing to pessimism,

Calmness changing to arrogance,

Losing the present life of happiness,

Past mistakes taking over the present,

Mistakes leading to a dead end,

The misery of confusions in a student,

Mistakes repeating itself like a history,

Planning the future and pausing the present.

After about a week joining at Madras Christian College (Autonomous) for pursuing my undergraduate course in B.A English Language and Literature under the aided stream I had my first visit to my college library named as 'Miller Memorial Library'. Since, it was my first time I just took a random book from the 'English' section and read it. Then, whenever I had my free hours I started to have regular visits to the library. Till the end of my 1st semester I used to go either to the 'English'or 'Philosophy' section to read. Then, from my 2nd semester onwards I started to use Reading Hall 1 as our syllabus started to have poetry, prose, drama and fiction as I had my own books to read. I felt that my college's library is one among the places that is really good for people who want to use their time productively especially for the arts students.
