Poem 315 : Inevitable Transience

 Inevitable Transience

Greetings heard aloud sometimes,

A little ingredient being a response,

Togetherness falling apart over time,

All parting and moving away always,

The shortest of days had been the best,

Longer the tiresome turns and twists,

Crackling voices and noises in the air,

Draining and fading of joyous clouds,

By each passing day it drifts its way,

Until it reaches the silent lone bay.
