Poem 44 : Where Did You Go ?

 Where Did You Go ?

                            - T ABRAHAM

I saw you long back,

A time when the flowers bloomed,

A season of joy, happiness and peace,

But where did you go ?

It was a time of misery, sorrow and sadness,

My world was in ruins,

Finally, I got you back,

A fortune acquired after a long struggle,

Where did you go ?

The voice tells,

'I didn't wander nor waver,

The purpose for which I went,

The fulfillment of it brought me here,

To save a place is ruins,

Which is far more in ruins than your world,

Now I am back,

Back with the same qualities,

But a little amplified are they,

To make you feel comfort,

I will never leave you,

Nor will I turn back'.
