Poem 24 : Who are you ?

 Who are you ?

Who are you ?

A person whom I see,

I see you for the first time,

My heart beats faster,

You are someone,

Someone, who will love me with all your heart,

Someone, who will be on my side forever,

Someone, who doesn't take advantage of me,

You are my friend in need,

You are my friend indeed.

Who are you ?

A person whom I see,

I see you for the first time,

First impression is the best impression, as it is said,

I sweat, I feel disgusted,

I feel uncomfortable,

Just at the sight of you,

You are a person whom I hate the most,

Someone, who will break my heart,

Someone, who is a clear hypocrite,

Someone, who is a cheater and a liar,

You are my worst enemy who exist,

Go away you devil,

A devil in human form,

With flesh and blood you resemble,

But truth always make me feel,

Something is wrong,

I found the person who always makes me feel comfort,

It's God's presence in him whom I see.

After about a week joining at Madras Christian College (Autonomous) for pursuing my undergraduate course in B.A English Language and Literature under the aided stream I had my first visit to my college library named as 'Miller Memorial Library'. Since, it was my first time I just took a random book from the 'English' section and read it. Then, whenever I had my free hours I started to have regular visits to the library. Till the end of my 1st semester I used to go either to the 'English'or 'Philosophy' section to read. Then, from my 2nd semester onwards I started to use Reading Hall 1 as our syllabus started to have poetry, prose, drama and fiction as I had my own books to read. I felt that my college's library is one among the places that is really good for people who want to use their time productively especially for the arts students.
