Poem 298 : Consuming Movements

 Consuming Movements
                                        - T ABRAHAM

Tunneling white wick,

Colourful candle stick,

A dark headed ignition,

Turning into the darkest,

A consuming combustion,

Only delicious ingestion,

Tunneled into the pouch,

Corroded and consumed,

Entirely an irreversible one,

Delicacies no more found,

Ever browning and rusting,

The festive and feasting,

Feast of the fire and man,

Ashes and acids in run,

Diminished lights and sweets,

Product being a consuming heat.
