Poem 264 : Colourless Existence

 Colourless Existence

Greying growth seen all around,

Black and white which surround,

Eerie absence of every sound,

Silence forming circles and round,

Colourless chains are bound,

The draining of every colour,

One dead and decaying flower,

None to protect nor to cover,

A rapidly diminishing culture,

Deadness surrounded by a vulture,

Blackness bringing the darkness,

Blinded by the dull and dark,

The stray mouths giving a bark,

Rainbowing colours are lost forever,

Spontaneity in destruction and loss,

No one was present to pause,

Nor ever present to stop the cause.
