Poem 250 : Diminished Words

 Diminished Words

Letters and languages of the world,

Turning against one another in a word,

Aggression and rising regression,

Loaded guns becoming unloaded,

Bullets shot and found ingrained,

Bleeding and bleeding out of one,

Booms and bangs of fight and flight,

Crossing the boundaries for the fight,

Watching over day and night,

Bloodshed becoming a delight,

Doomed to live and die everyday,

Humanity in extinction and extinct one day,

An end to everything someday,

No soul to utter anything, but silence,

Answered by a silenced earth one day.
