Poem 172 : Thorns Of Life

 Thorns Of Life

Darkness captured by sight,

Fearful, frightening and tiresome,

No space for light to fall on my sight,

Infections, venom and poison,

Stings, scratches and stabs,

Bleeding, fractured and breathless,

A living entity lying down lifeless,

Recovery, recharge and rest,

Denied for this soul forever,

To depart peacefully and rest.
