It's been four cycles,

The earth has revolved four times,

This memory is still in my heart.

The days we had our lunch,

Inside the classrooms,

No contamination nor infection,

Nothing to be scared about,

A wonderful environment,

All the days were yielding,

Many fruits to cherish,

A fruitful year,

A blissful year,

But time has passed,

The days we had shared,

The days we have cared,

Different dishes to share,

Just one mouth of yours,

Just one bite from mine,

It was not just food,

But love and kindness,

Ingested to be digested,

Humanity into digestion,

Then absorption and assimilation,

It passed all over,

Not just the blood carried it,

But my soul has it,

Soul with humanity,

I won't get such a time,

The time which flies away,

The time which keeps passing away,

The mini lunch we had,

The small kindness that we shared.
