Poem 85 : Morning's Blessings

 Morning's Blessings
                              - T ABRAHAM

This morning with its fog,

Hiding the roads and my vision,

Still blurry and waiting,

So did I hear this bell ringing,

The bell of church,

The bell of life,

It's sound hit me,

Hit me to drive away laziness,

Made me like a superhuman,

Filled me with a fresh spirit,

But the bell of laziness rings,

To whom the darkness is sweet,

Damp darkness with it's heat,

Laziness strikes with it,

The morning with it's energy,

The evening with it's sleep.
